Intensive Thai Chef Program (ITCP)

  • 92 Hours

Focuses on understanding and practicing the fundamentals of Thai cooking to ensure learners gain comprehensive knowledge of all types of Thai cuisine.

Focuses on learning the fundamental principles of Thai cuisine and the essence of Thainess in various dishes. Students learn basic Thai cooking techniques to build a solid foundation toward becoming a master Thai chef. Training is hands-on, from preparation to execution of each dish, including both individual portions and large-scale production suitable for time and quality requirements.
